Renaissance Tunic

Luxurious minimalist tunic inspired by Dutch Renaissance menswear, made of high-quality linen and lined with breathable poly. This is a highly tailored piece featuring sleeves and body pattern shaped by complex box and knife pleating. The high neck resembles a modern Renaissance ruff, with an intentionally raw hem.

Each tunic is individually, expertly stitched in New York’s garment district, by skilled professionals paid a living wage. As an exquisitely handmade garment, each item is unique and will have minor natural variations in the linen. This variation is a feature of handmade luxury goods, and enhances the beauty of each unique garment.

As this is a very tailored, historically-inspired garment, please consult our size chart and make sure your measurements are correct against the size you are ordering, to ensure a perfect fit -- particularly your neck, bicep, and shoulder measurements. Don't worry if your waist or hip measurements are slightly over a particular size -- this garment has a flowy, loose body and will allow for larger size than a particular size states. Instructions on how to take these measurements are available at the bottom of our size chart page. Choose the size that’s closest to your body measurements, even it you are a little bit under or over. Very likely this will be a similar size to your regular clothing size!
