Returns and Exchanges

Our pieces are meticulously hand-dyed, handmade, and made-to-order inidvidually for each customer. Each garment is an art piece, a labor of love that we have checked obsessively for high quality before it is sent out to its future owner. However, because pieces are handcrafted, small differences between pieces may be evident due to natural dying and waving processes etc, and these add to the beauty of our garments.

One-size items like ruffs or perfume are final sale. However, we do accept returns and exchanges for sized/tailored pieces only. Garments must be in mint, unworn condition and packed carefully for the return trip. Buyer is responsible for return postage, and the package must be sent with tracking and sufficient insurance. Only one return or exchange per garment is allowed. Please be advised that if an item is received in unsuitable/unsalable condition, we will not issue a refund. 

That said -- we've worked hard to provide detailed measurements that help ensure a wonderful tailored fit for each piece. Please feel free to contact us with any sizing questions you may have before making your purchase, or to confirm you've chosen the correct size. Shipping Policies

Please allow 4 weeks from time of order, for your item to be individually dyed, expertly constructed, and shipped out to you. All pieces are created in New York by skilled craftspeople.

All packages are shipped with tracking and insurance using United States Postal Service. If you prefer another method of shipment, please contact us directly with your request before you purchase, and we'll do our utmost to accommodate.
